1. Booking Confirmation
All training places at Twinz Nails are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
Once payment is completed, your place on the selected training date is reserved.
2. In-Person Training Courses
Payments for in-person training courses are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend the booked training date, you may request one transfer to another available date, provided that:
• the request is made at least 14 days before the training date
• the new date has available spaces
Transfers are granted once only.
Failure to attend the course without prior notice will result in loss of the training place and payment.
3. Online Courses
Due to the digital nature of online training, all online course purchases are non-refundable once access to the training materials has been provided.
By purchasing an online course you agree that:
• access to digital materials begins immediately
• you waive your 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations
4. Payments via Klarna or Payment Providers
If you choose to pay using Klarna or another payment provider, your payment agreement remains between you and the provider.
Refund eligibility remains subject to this Refund Policy.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Twinz Nails reserves the right to review refund requests in exceptional circumstances at its discretion.
6. Training Changes
Twinz Nails reserves the right to reschedule a training course if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative training date.
